Meet the Artist

My name is Johnny Blue

I'm the craftsman behind ARIES DEN.

My woodworking journey started in the simplest way possible... with a few cheap tools I bought at a garage sale and a small 12 × 12 foot bedroom that I turned into my first workshop. It wasn’t much, but it was enough to begin building and learning. From a young age, I always dreamed of running my own business... working for myself, setting my own hours, and building something that was truly mine.

For a long time it felt impossible, until one day I stopped thinking that way and simply went for it. I never went back to a 9 to 5 job. What started as small projects and experiments with wood slowly turned into a real workshop and a real business. Over the years ARIES DEN has grown, but the spirit of it has never changed... real woodworking, honest materials, and pieces built with care.

Today I work from my workshop in Sainte-Sophie, Quebec, where every project is still built by hand from start to finish. I select the wood myself, shape every piece, and personally make sure the final result is something I can be proud of. When you buy from ARIES DEN, you are not buying from a factory or a warehouse... you are buying directly from the person who built it.

Outside the workshop, life revolves around my little family, good music, travel, road trips, and the things that keep me inspired. I enjoy country music, following MMA and the UFC, and spending time with the people closest to me.

Those simple things are part of what keeps the work meaningful. Woodworking is more than a job to me... it is something I genuinely enjoy every day. Every board is different, every project has its own story, and every finished piece represents hours of real hands-on work.

My goal is simple: To build honest solid wood pieces that will last for many years and that people will be proud to have in their homes. If it's built at ARIES DEN... it's built by hand.
