Aries Den Studio
A private connection between ChatGPT Work and the official Pinterest API, built for the owner of Aries Den.
What this tool does
Aries Den Studio lets the owner review the connected Pinterest account and its public boards, prepare Pins, and publish selected original product photos with descriptions and links to the Aries Den website or the owner’s Etsy listings. It connects directly to Pinterest’s API; it does not use a social media scheduling vendor.
This is a single-owner business tool. It does not manage client accounts, advertising, billing, or secret boards. Pinterest authorization and the access level granted by Pinterest determine which features are available.
Privacy notice
Effective date: October 18, 2026. This notice covers the Aries Den Studio connector, separately from shopping on the Aries Den store.
Information used
The app uses the selected Pinterest account’s identity, public board metadata, and Pin content, including titles, descriptions, images, destination links, and publication results. It uses these records to prepare and publish the owner’s selected content and to avoid duplicate publication.
Authorization and storage
The owner authorizes access through Pinterest. The app does not ask for the owner’s Pinterest password. App secrets and access or refresh tokens are encrypted at rest on the server and are never returned to ChatGPT tools or displayed in the browser. The private application is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, with server-side storage in D1.
How information is shared
Pin content selected for publication is sent to Pinterest and becomes public according to Pinterest’s settings and policies. Account, board, Pin, and publication information can be provided to the owner’s authorized ChatGPT Work session to carry out requests. Hosting services process the information needed to operate the app. This app does not sell information or use it for advertising profiles.
Disconnecting and deletion
The owner can disconnect the local Pinterest connection and revoke the app’s access in Pinterest. Disconnecting clears stored access and refresh tokens and local publishing approval. Publication audit history may remain to prevent duplicates, and application credentials may remain until removed or rotated. Disconnecting does not delete Pins already published on Pinterest. The owner can request removal of retained local records through the contact link below.
